Build Me App started in 2023 because Imran kept seeing the same pattern: founders hire an agency, get passed to a junior team they've never met, and spend months chasing updates instead of shipping product. We built the studio we wished existed: a dedicated team you meet before we start, limited active projects, and the founder on every strategic call.

Before founding Build Me App in 2023, he spent years building products for founders and operators who needed a team they could actually trust to deliver. That experience shaped how the studio runs today: limited active projects, direct access, and personal accountability when things get hard.

Product strategy, scoping, and client management run out of our Toronto headquarters, with a US office in Frisco, Texas. Imran is available during EST business hours. Your direct line, not a ticket queue.
Your product is built by a dedicated team: lead developer, supporting engineers, and a QA engineer assigned only to your project. Every engineer works exclusively on Build Me App projects and is managed directly by Toronto leadership.
Structured daily updates, weekly video check-ins, and a shared workspace: Slack, Notion, or your tool of choice. Progress is documented and visible at every stage, not summarised once a month.

A written scope document and fixed-price proposal, usually the same day. Milestone payments tied to deliverables, not arbitrary dates.
One dedicated team from kickoff to launch. Weekly check-ins, daily async updates, and a QA engineer who didn't write the code reviewing every milestone.
Full IP and source code transfer on final payment. Every project includes a 60-day post-launch warranty, and most clients keep working with us after that.
